Lovro marinšek, grandfather of
present owner, established Inn
of Marinšek in 1939/40 by old
country road. Grandfather
Lovro had had old inn and
butchery in the center of
village of Naklo which was
the biggest in Gorenjska region.
With settling the new inn he
reasonably maintained farming
activity. After his death in 1956
his son Marjan who was
butcher and waiter. The Inn
became famous fresh food and
quick service of guests on the
way to Italian or Austrian border or
vice versa. It was typical transit
horse-travelers' inn at the beginning,
after the World War II many motorized
guests started stopping there. In 1986
At the beginning of 90's he importantly expand basic pub activity and opened new brewery.
From 1999 there are new accommodational facilities available. In the entire complex there are 15 staff members employed who are trying to serve various wishes of guests.
